TOPCU is the best Credit Union there is! I am extremely satisfied at the level of customer service I have received from all the employees there. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to go back and recommend them to all my friends and family. I would strongly disagree with the comment below, and wouldn't rely on that person as a reliable review source based on their spelling and grammar.

the banks looks good bat the employee customer service was terrible we talked to Tatiana, i thought she is going to get up from other side the desk and hit me and she was very rude

DO NOT GET A MORTGAGE THROUGH TOPCU. My farther was injured and had to go on S.S. He gets his checks a certain time of the month. He's called several times asking if they can change his due date to allow this change and they refuse. They say everyone owes on the 1st. So now they charge late fees every month of several hundred because he can't pay two months in advance to get ahead. A company unwilling to work with people who ARE making their payments, but on a fixed income, are trash. Way to rape people TOPCU...That's how you pay for your Christmas parties huh?!
