This branch never pick up their phone

Had a great experience opening my account, with good customer service, but since have become very unhappy. First, it took over a month to get my debit card. I called about two weeks in and was told it could take up to 20 business days for it to be delivered. I was also told that if my card hadn't arrived by then, they would overnight a new one to me. Well, two weeks later when it had been 20 business days, no card. When I called the credit union, I was told it could take up to another week! After pushing, the representative talked to management and the agreed to overnight it (of course, it still took three days). The whole situation was very upsetting, as I work 75 hours per week and am unable to make it to their office when open. No debit card, so essentially my money was sitting in the credit union for a month completely untouchable by me. Once I got my card, I thought things would go smoothly. Unfortunately, that's not the case. Trying to log on to look at accounts online is a nightmare. Heaven forbid you forget your password when it isn't office hours, because there's absolutely no way to reset your password yourself using your email or phone number. And if you're me, forget about checking your balances over the phone. When putting in my account and pin, I'm told that they're incorrect. This is also very upsetting, and, especially on the first count, a major flaw. I would cancel my account here and join a different credit union in a second, if I could ever actually make it to an office during business hours.

Strangest financial institution I've used in years. I'm searching for another one because Pyramid is still in the 1970s. ...I WANT to stick with Pyramid but there are several reasons I wish to leave and one is for example: ATMS. ....1970s!!! ..ok 1980s. I can't deposit a check or cash!!! Gee I can withdraw cash for the most part. ......You can't transfer money to people with other banks. Their app is NOT user friendly. At all. Only with seeing your balances and transfers between them. They have a "theme" setting but no themes. Only default theme. The mobile check cam worKS but takes forever to focus. ...my fixed credit card info is on app but I can't transfer money to it on the app. It's just there but no function. .... their hours are different for different branches. The branch on East Broadway has a very strong odor of some sort of burnt plastic smell and I felt a bit nauseated in there. Nice staff at both branches. Definitely good staffing. Because of the lack of online services and ATM functions I would rather go with a place more user friendly. Please know that their staff Is wonderful though! Always helpful.

The service is excellent at this credit union. While theres a lot of things they could improve like the app and the atms, the service is excellent and the staff is infinitely friendly.and they're excellent around the community, always giving back to it.
