OneAZ Credit Union in Tucson, AZ

After 12 years of good standing, having no problems, paying two car loans off and having multiple accounts they froze my account WITHOUT COMMUNICATION TO ME because of a family member not being in good standing on THEIR SEPARATE account!! Said family member has NOTHING to do with my account and I have no knowledge for their account. Absolutely ridiculous to be "punished" for something completely unrelated to me. Not a courtesy call, text or message regarding the freeze and they wouldn't even tell me details, only the family member could access that info. Apparently it's ok to freeze any access to MY OWN money and yet be unable to tell me why. Closing ALL my accounts after this. Crooked business practice and absolute BULLSHIT!!!
