Terrible communication.

I have never dealt with such uninformed people in my life. Nobody knows any thing and they only know to give you yet another phone # to call to find out they don't know a thing either. Save yourself a lot of frustration and find another place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. No one knows anything so they transfer you to 6 different people. They give you 4 different numbers to call and they let you sit on hold for 15 mins and then it just sends you to voicemail. No one ever calls back. The one representative that says that they are trying to help says they're talking to their manager about it and then you never recieve a call from them either. But if they need something, God knows you better have it right then and there.

The gentlemen were respectful, however, I forewarned them of the upcoming problems. Prequalified means absolutely nothing. Cases need to go to underwriting first and then people wouldn't have to spend 2 months playing the game. Too bad. I thought Goldwater Bank would be different. As long as Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae are in charge of all of us, people like us don't stand a chance. Common sense says you are refinancing to better yourself and correct one's debt to income ratio. It's the debt to income ratio on your credit report that speaks loudly and that doesn't take into consideration all the assets that they don't ask for. We middle aged, middle class Americans are screwed!
