NOT HAPPY!!! Had a credit card that was paid in full and closed out 3 months ago. I just ran a credit report and see a delinquent account with Vwest of 30 dollars. I call and they are telling me that there was interest that hit the account AFTER it was paid off and closed. I never received anything in the mail and I had ONE phone call from a lady at Vwest asking for a call back a few weeks ago but I had just closed out all my accounts and figured it had to do with that. She didn't say anything other than to call her back... so no I didn't and I take ownership for that but seriously... You didn't say why you were calling AND I had no other indication that this was past due!

I love this credit union. They have done more for me than Chase Bank has ever done. I got a car loan, a checking and savings account with them and a credit card. Can't tell you what a great experience it has been for me.
