Take your business somewhere else, believe me you're going to regret if you don't. The people at this company has no respect for anybody and they will make you life a hell once you get there. We'll never service this company again. I wish they run out of business so they learn how to treat working people. HATE THIS PLACE. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. LOOK AT THEIR REVIEWS. I see nothing has changed here in years! 1 star 3 years ago & 1 star a month ago! If it would be possible to give zero stars I would! Sitting in 100 degree heat for over 6 hours & still not finished despite the fact there's been only 3 trucks docked all day in a series of about 20 bays!!! I was here first for an 8am appt. & I'm here last! Shamrock Foods go to hell!!! Drivers if you need to make $$$$ you should refuse loads in & out of here at all costs!!!

Is it legal to overcharge so they can pay detention ?(if you are lucky). Use to be $50..100..200 ..now is $300 for lumper..??? Expect minimum 3 hrs wait .......up to 8hrs....they should have electronic logs too !!..Can somebody do something against this grocery stores ? Some rules, regulations ?..as we truckers have ?

I checked in 1/2 before my 7am appt time this morning. They didn't have a door for me, said they were running behind. I went back to the office where I checked in, 1 hr and 45 mins later. The man told me he didn't have an appt for Tyson, and that I would have to call my dispatcher. I told him I had already checked in earlier. He looked again in the computer and found my appt. He said just go wait in your truck until we call you. So 4 1/2 after my appt, they called me for a door. But this was about an hour after I called Tyson to let them know I wasn't getting a door. So I get backed in my door, and I have to check in again with the capstone lumper service. The girl was very rude to me, and I never said anything about them being late getting me in. I was not rude to her at all. She asked me if there was anything blocking their product, and I said no you're my last stop. Well she snapped, and very rudely said "it was a yes or no question "
