Everytime you want to make a payment they charge you $4.75 unless you waste time and gas to drive to their office to make a payment. Really sad when they are already making the interest off of your loan.

2⭐️ For the slap in the face appraisal they did on my car. Titlemax may be more expensive but their appraisal prices are true and valid. Approved me for double what this place did. I didn't even have to take the entire loan. The engine on my car is worth more then the "approved" amount I received. Sad I thought this company did what it needed for new customers and retention.

I was approved for the amount I needed and had my money within a few hours of filling out the application. It was a 14 month loan and I'll have it paid off in 6 months. Then I plan to get another to pay for some home repairs.

They are true to their documents clarity and the staff speak clear English.thanks.

I have had a loan with Presto for well over two years. I first received the loan at the Thomas office because I live very close. I have this loan for credit building reason s. Originally it was a good experience. The people in the office were professional and respectful. I noticed a change about a year ago. The people who I have to deal with now at this location are very unpleasant and walk around on a weird power trip. I guess they have never been in a position where as they have to deal with any sort of mediation and are confused into thinking they are authority. I hate going to the office to pay because they are confrontational and almost like they seem to think they police me. It has gotten worse and worse. The last time I applied the atmosphere was very gross. I find myself avoiding the office and even have been late because I just don't want to go there. I will say Presto is a good service and has the best rates I have found in this sort of lending. I just wish the Thomas office didn't have the staff they do now. I am going to sacrifice the extra 5.00 to pay online today because I can't get to another office to save the processing fee.I am late because I can't stand going to the Thomas location and I have been unable to break away to go elsewhere. My advice is if you can, deal with any other office. I have enjoyed Presto as a whole and stand behind the business model. I really appreciate the opportunity to go to any other office . I am going to pay this off ASAP and sever my relationship unless I am able to either work or live closer to another office. It is amazing how a few disrespectful or simply unqaulified people can alter an entire experience . I stand behind everything said here with respect for all affected.
