We have worked with Justin several times and will continue to in the future. We were initially referred by our real estate agent when we purchased our home and because Justin and the team were so great, we also used them to refinance a couple of years later. Each time the process was quick and easy. Justin is professional, dependable and very knowledgeable about the many different loan options available, he makes you feel like he is definitely getting you the best deal. My husband and I worked with Justin on our home purchase in March, and it was an A+ transaction from start to finish. Justin credit coached my husband for months to get us the loan that we wanted. When we were under contract, our entire closing was flawlessly processed by his team. We were always kept in the loop, and felt that Justin and his team had our best interest in mind throughout the entire closing. We were very impressed and would recommend him 100% to anyone we know.

We did not have good luck with Justin Haines and Nova loans. They knew everything up front and kind of did a bait and switch on us is what my attorney said. Again they knew exactly what we wanted and said no problem, gave us the first mortgage and then left us high and dry on the second mortgage on what we really wanted. SO now I have a mortgage I don't need, lots of wasted time with them and nothing to show for it but lots of cost on my part I think $7000 in closing cost on $180,000 loan. Just do not count on them and if you do MAKE SURE you are working with another company at the same time. The other company we went with said the same thing and also said they messed up the process and paperwork, I do not get a loan everyday so I can only go by what they are telling me. I counted on Justin and his team and the let us down. ALSO the team is so large you never know who to talk to and the online application process is less then enjoyable.. Best of luck to you.
