Super helpful and short lines

GO LOCAL! Credit unions are great, but go with a local one. They are out of Utah. The stars are for the people only, tried to help with a charge from years ago that I thought was resolved over the phone. After getting the run around I wasted my life with a (witch) in collections, but eventually got to Sherri (very nice) who recommend I go into a branch. The young lady teller (nice) got the same run around I did, then got referred to Greg branch manager (nice) got the same run around i did, but hands were tied. It doesn't appear that they get much slack to keep people happy or to remain members. I paid the small fee and made sure they gave me a zero balance statement (not gonna be fooled again) which I couldn't get, but got a screen shot print and Greg signed it. It's never fun dealing with good people working for crappy companies, but I guess the fee was worth never giving them anything again. GO LOCAL, and I bet most of these reviews are B.S., the Pope doesn't have that many stars.

I have been with Mountain America for almost 10 years and the thought of closing this account makes me anxious and terrified. They have been AMAZING. I have had all 3 of my car loans through them, with APR rates as low as 4% depending on credit scores, they have always always been compassionate and understanding when it comes to hardships and have always worked with me when I needed help. I have never ever had a better experience with any other bank or credit union. The overdraft protection is amazing, the fee is affordable, the forgiveness program is fantastic.... I just can't imagine using any other bank as my major form of financial organization. I do not write reviews very often, so this is important. Mountain America is the best place to take your money if you want it to be handled in ways that you approve. 5 big stars * * * * *

Excellent Service. If you want to be treated like a human instead of a number, I highly suggest MACU. They hire THE nicest and most knowledgeable people. After years with the big banks and bad service, I switched to MACU and couldn't be happier. Love this bank.

I am very happy with MACU-Branch that I have my accounts at. Everything that I was told from day one has happened: plus the employees at my branch from the manager to the cashiers are very helpful. When I say this part it is because they help me the most. Ladies thank you so very much for your kindness and professionalism.
