No call or nothing. I originally called to learn what I needed to do to begin the process of being pre-qualified. I received a call back, then, to be informed by Reba about the initial steps. I was pretty excited. Once I got the necessary paperwork and scanned it and completed the application, I sent it back to Reba. Even paid the $40.00 fee for them to run credit. Never received a call back to say why or why not, yet my account was charged for the fee. I feel ripped off honestly. Especially after being pre-qualified at another place, and just trying to be smart and shop for the best rates. Had to take our business elsewhere.

Thanks to Vicki Williams and Anchor Mortgage, our 13 year old home has a bright, new look! Vicki assisted us with refinancing and because of her great work in securing for us such a low interest rate, we were able to do a lot of upgrades and redecorating that we otherwise would not have been able to do.
