Holloway Credit Solutions LLC in Mobile, AL

The woman I spoke with over the phone was an absolute JERK. Earlier, I'd ordered a copy of my credit report and discovered I had 3 delinquent accounts for medical bills; three for $50 each. I went to all three companies and paid them. Three months later the other two agencies remove the delinquent info from my credit report. I called and asked why wasn't the info removed like the other agencies. Her reply, in a VERY smart tone "Sir, we don't have to remove anything from your credit record, we can leave it there as long as we want." Over three years later and its still there. Had I spoke to her before driving out , I would never have paid them. Being courteous isn't THAT hard.
