I have been with the bank owning just a savings account for almost 9 years. But I must say my experience today was deplorable!! The level of customer service I got today was as if this company was established in the ghetto. I was trying to get a fee of $30 removed from my savings account that a payment from my school loan for only $10 was rejected. I was passed to 5 different people all the way to the Trussville branch when I originally established my account at the Colonnade location. One of the ghetto women that I spoke to got extremely rude with me and hung the phone up in my face. First of all I never signed anything stating I agreed to overdraft fees on a savings account and 2nd of all why would you charge me $30 for a $10 rejected fee?? No one explained this to me in the whole almost 9 years that I have had this worthless account. I said to heck with it Im just going to close it...but noo not because of the $30 fee, but because of the level of customer service I got. I would not recommend this bank for savings or checking for that matter., They may be well on loans I do believe that. But I have gone ahead and changed all my deposits I have going into this account so that I can close it IMMEDIATELY!!! They are out of compliance and have predatory fees. Thanks AVADIAN. But your services will NEVER be needed again from me. Good Riddance.
