Scott's Jewerly and Pawn in Birmingham, AL

After the shops were raided I decided I did not want to purchase a gun and was told that all but 2$ would go towards restocking and that they could only give me store credit for that..,terrible customer service. They even argued that they wouldn't be open if they weren't compliant. I was a victim of an armed robbery and had my engagement ring and wedding band valued at 3500$ stolen. I simply said that they are still crooks and let them take advantage of the customer..,who apparently is always wrong here. I will not buy anything from any location they have, and advise the same to you.

I just went in to try and do business with this location and the lady at the front with the straight hair and glasses was ridiculously rude to me. I simply asked for help with getting a tv inside and asks me how did I get it to my car??? Then continues to have a scarcastic attitude as I ask more questions. I ended up just leaving without doing any business at all. I called back to complain and the same lady answers the phone, I asked where can I make a complaint and she tells me she doesn't know! She eventually gave the phone to the manager and he explained to me the stores policy on not being liable for bringing equipment in and I get it but I don't understand why they have someone so rude on the front lines of their company like that. If she's too upset to cheerfully do her job and provide simple information in a non confrontational way to customers then she should not be at the desk and certainly not answering the phones. Put her in he back....WAAAYYYYYY in the back.
