No customer service. Pricey on firearms for sale.

There is only one person in this entire pawn shop that is willing to help you and because the manager walked away from me to talk on their cellphone and when speaking to me was really rude.

Below average was my experience. I went in there for a tablet, a Microsoft Surface Pro 3, spoke it very clearly and the clerk replied, "I think we have one of those"....then plopped a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 on the counter. Now, there's two directions this can go in and neither is really good. Either A) They can't spell and don't know anything about tablets or B) They thought they could just plop any old tablet down on the table and thought i was stupid enough to just say "okay" and buy it. After i corrected the guy and told him, "This isn't what i asked for, it's not even close", and the only thing the guy got right that it was an actual tablet. Then he looks at the other guy and says, "Well, we had one. Did you sell it?" and the other guy says, "Well, i didn't sell it but someone probably did". This isn't the most 'competent' way of dealing with a customer situation.

I've always experienced good service and great prices!

After the shops were raided I decided I did not want to purchase a gun and was told that all but 2$ would go towards restocking and that they could only give me store credit for that..,terrible customer service. They even argued that they wouldn't be open if they weren't compliant. I was a victim of an armed robbery and had my engagement ring and wedding band valued at 3500$ stolen. I simply said that they are still crooks and let them take advantage of the customer..,who apparently is always wrong here. I will not buy anything from any location they have, and advise the same to you.
