This place is horrible. I've been doing business with them for a while and now that they've had turnover within the office and Meagan is no longer there, it's bad! Molly, is clearly new and should be working at McDonald's somewhere with the type of customer service she has. The new black girl that just started (I'm not being racist I just don't know her name and she's the only black girl that works in the office) hung up on me this morning as I was speaking to her. I will never refer anyone else to them at this point and I know that I have referred at least, 20 people; mind you that's how they normally get their business is through referrals. They need a new staff or need to be trained on their customer service. I can go on and on but I'm sure you get the point. Don't go there, go to Sun Loans, World Finance, Security Finance, 1st Finance, Chesterfield Loans; but never Cash Loans. They are yet again, horrible.

In my experience with Cash Loans, the office is more professional than it has been in a long time. The flip of employees made the change for the better. Molly that I know of has been the supervisor for years. I guess you can't please everyone. But I am very Happy with them
