What can't I say. The people were happy to help you buy a car. The sad truth is that as a mother of 4, I attempted to buy a somewhat reliable car and got crap. I bought a car yesterday, and today it overheats and dies. When I called to seek help from the dealer, the manager says there is nothing they can do, yet I've seen them help others. It's amazing to me that a company couldn't care less about returning customers when most of their business is derived from word of mouth marketing. The sad part is I was going to buy another car in a few months. I will not refer people to a place that will swindle $7,000 from a single mom and wont even work with her on a trade or fixing the issue. Time to talk to an attorney. DON'T GO TO THE BIRMINGHAM LOCATION. DRIVE UP TO TENNESSEE WHERE THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
